To avoid your song being delayed on getting fingerprinted and entered into our tracking system please try to submit your song at least1 WEEK before releasing to radio AND make sure of the following:
Send MP3's only. If other formats are sent, we have to convert it, which will slow the process of your song getting entered into the system or it may not get entered into the system.
Make sure make you are submitting the same version you are sending out to radio. This will be the version that is used for song recognition.
Make sure metadata including artist name and song title are including with the file AND is the same information you entered into the submission form. If we have to add the metadata to the file, this will slow the process of your song getting entered into the system.
